Mongolian President Kh.Battulga issued a decree, yesterday 26 October, awarding individuals who have achieved great success in their professions. Olympic silver medalist judoka D.Sumiya has been awarded with the title of Hero of Labour of Mongolia and granted the Golden Soyombo pin and Order of Sukhbaatar for her contribution to the history of Mongolian judo wrestling.

Furthermore, Mongolia’s traditional wrestling ‘grand hawk’ Ch.Uvgunkhuu is to receive the title of People’s Teacher, B.Damba as Honored Coach, Doctor of Sport P.Bat-Ochir as Honored Doctor as well as the world champions G.Odbayar and B.Mungunchimeg who become Honoured Athletes.
