Mongolian girls won seven medals in an international tournament named after Natalia Vorobieva, the first Olympic champion in women freestyle wrestling of the Russian Federation. The competition was held on 14th-15th October in the Siberian city of Irkutsk. A total of eighteen Mongolian wrestlers participated in the tournament, claiming three gold medals, three silvers and one bronze.
During the competition, Natalia Vorobieva taught her best wrestling tricks to the girls. Vorobieva, was born in the Irkutsk Oblast in 1991 and starred in the 72 kg category in the 2012 Summer Olympics, where she took gold.
