Every spring and autumn, Mongolians plant trees nationwide. This is in accordance with a decree by Mongolia’s President. This year, ‘Tree Planting Day’ will be held on 14th of October.

On this occasion, the  Ministry of Environment and Tourism is organising a two day exhibition of seeds and plants at the Central Cultural Palace of the Mongolian Trade Unions. More than 30 companies are participating in the exhibition.

According to officials, participants in the exhibition have been increasing year by year. Currently, companies are selling more than MNT 70 million worth of seeds and plants.
