Mongolia’s new PM, U.Khurelsukh, is working to form his cabinet. The ruling Mongolian People’s Party (MPP) parliamentary group has submitted six candidates for ministerial posts to U.Khurelsukh, which the PM spent the whole night discussing. The 32-member group nominated L.Enkh-Amgalan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Science as Deputy Prime Minister as well as MP O.Sodbileg to be the new Minister of Environment and Tourism. However, U.Khurelsukh rejected them on the grounds of conflicts of interests in business and mining.
