Mongolian Health Workers’ Union have submitted an official letter to the Representative office of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) demanding alterations to the financial aid programme requirements. In the letter, which was submitted on 10th of October, the doctors are demanding a salary increase of 50 percent in the 2018 state budget.

The doctors announced that they will demonstrate with other civil servants outside the IMF office in Ulaanbaatar, if officials do not respond the letter before the 13th of October.
