Trade agreements and gold medals for national dancers were among the good news generated from the Mongolia & China Expo 2017, which has been held in Hohhot, the capital of the Chinese Province of Inner Mongolia.
However, all is not well: meat and dairy products from some of the 30 Mongolian companies participating in Expo 2017 have been held by Chinese border inspectors for the duration of the event. According to our sources, the goods are being detained in the Chinese border city of Erenhot (Erin); the test results for the meat and dairy products will be released after 10 days.
Expo 2017 concluded on Friday 29th September.
