State Property Committee has concluded a cooperation agreement with LSE. The LSE offered to disseminate Millennium IT software program to MSE in frame of the agreement. MSE and other professional organizations are studying whether the new program is suitable for Mongolian stock market. People misunderstand this as the MSE made agreement with the daughter company of LSE.

Also there is suspicion that if MSE utilizes the software, the companies who want to cooperate with MSE would have to get permission through LSE. Is it true?
It is not decided whether the use the program or not. We are still studying. If the software is not suited for the operation of MSE, we have the right to ask for other programs. But if we decide to use the Millennium IT, our partners would not request permission from LSE.

Is it true that the cooperation agreement has a year term?

One year is not enough to do anything. Preparation work is planned for three years. I cannot tell the exact period of the agreement because the two sides have not concluded the negotiation.
