On 18th of September, at the ‘Naiman Sharga’ currency exchange the Mongolian tugrik stood at MNT 2460.55 against the US dollar. The tugrik has risen by MNT30 against the US dollar from MNT2431 since September 1st.

According to the Mongol Bank, the tugrik’s rate against the US dollar has stabilised after Mongolia received an IMF aid programme. A year ago, tugrik’s rate against US dollar was fluctuating  and was uncertain. This year, the tugrik stands at around MNT 2400 against the US dollar.
