The Asia Open Memory Championship 2017 took place in Hong Kong on 26th to 27th August. More than 150 ‘mind’ athletes from 11 countries competed in the 10 kinds of memory competition in the three age categories.

A total of 20 athletes from the Mongolian Intellectual Academy with an international referee and their coach participated in the competition. Team Mongolia won 73 medals (28 gold, 25 silver and 20 bronze) out of 90 medals.

Mongolian athletes set six world records. They took first three places in the three age categories. As a result, Mongolia has become the two-time  champion of the Asian Open Memory Championship.
