Mongolian mountaineer G.Usukhbayar has stopped his ascent of K2, the second highest mountain in the world.  State Honored Athlete G.Usukhbayar broke the news on social media on 30th of July, saying that his attempt to conquer K2 Mountain in Pakistan has failed due to inevitable reasons. He claimed that he was left alone at the height of 6450 meters as his partners both abandoned him mid-climb.

G.Usukhbayar began climbing the world’s deadliest mountain on 16th of June. Rising steeply above the Karakoram Range along the Pakistan-China border and battered by atrocious weather, this pyramid-shaped mountain has always been the ultimate challenge for the world’s best mountaineers—and the graveyard of many of their ambitions.
