J.Erdenebat, the Prime Minister of Mongolia received representatives from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on Wednesday (26th of July).

Mr Koshy Mathai, chief of the IMF staff team in charge of Mongolia reported on the latest progress on the Extended Fund Facility programme; this will be the last time he visits Ulaanbaatar in this capacity as he is soon to take up a different post. 

Prime Minister J.Erdenebat said that the Mongolian Government was focusing on overcoming the economic difficulty and expressed readiness to work consistently with the IMF.
