FIFA-ranking Mongolian referee D.Tumenbayar is participating in a training event for the head of department of the Mongolian Football Federation. The training, which is taking place in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, has been organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). The heads of department of the football federations of 44 countries are participating and discussing their problems. 

D.Tumenbayar became an official Mongolian Football Federation referee in 2004 after receiving basic training from the AFC. The Mongolian Football Federation currently has  a total of 43 official referees.
