Mongolian Prime Minister J.Erdenebat returned from his  visit to China today (15th of May). During the trip, J.Erdenebat participated in the ‘‘Belt and Road’ International Cooperation Forum where he met Aung San Suu Kyi, First and incumbent State Counsellor of Myanmar.

J.Erdenebat delivered greetings from Mongolian President Ts.Elbegdorj to Aung San Suu Kyi. He noted that importance of increasing number of tourists and developing economic cooperation between the two countries.

Mrs. Aung San Suu Kyi said ‘We have much to learn from Mongolia. First of all, we need to study the Mongolian practice of peaceful transitions, establishing political democracy and economic reform. Mongolia is member of UN Human Rights Council and we ask you for your help to bring about a positive UN conclusion regarding the human rights violations in Myanmar’s northern region’.
