“The State data” compilation’s first edition of 2011 has been published. It is published the law on the state mark documents’ fees including the types of fee service and fee amount. Also the data about court paying state mark document amount to arbiter issue, fees on consulate service, transportation and auto vehicles registration and driving licenses is published. Besides, charge amount of firearms owning, selling, transporting and registering; security guard running; newspaper, magazines, radio and TV registering to the state registration; foreign organization and representative board working and foreign invested economic entities establishing. Furthermore, special licenses payment along to run activity in sectors of environment, education, science, fuel, energy, social insurance, employment, production and trade, agriculture, health, construction and urban development and transportation is published.

In addition, the edition published the decree of President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj to pass Prosecutors Professional Council /PPC/ structure. The Deputy State Prosecutor-General will work as the Chief of PPC and list of members’ name and official duty is annexed.
