The Government implements “Four thousand apartments” program to provide the state officials apartments so 2500 state officials got apartments along the program. Parliament resolved program financing along the Government bond in worth MNT80 billion.  In the result, apartment selling was increased and 70% of 160 companies cancelled overdue loans of commercial banks.

 Remaining 1500 state officials will get apartments in 2011.
