The Supreme Court today made the final decision of the case of Ts.Jargalsaikhan, former advisor of the Foreign Relationship Department of Parliament Office, who has been convicted for passing state secret to foreign intelligence organizations and betrayal of the country. Metropolitan Court and Chingeltei district court sentenced Jargalsaikhan to 17 years in prison. Ts.Jargalsaikhan appealed to the Supreme Court which decided the sentence was too hard for his crime issue and sentenced five years of imprisonment according to No.87.1 of Criminal Law.
