Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan
Dung and Mongolian Parliament Speaker D. Demberel have said that Vietnam and
Mongolia vow to enhance cooperation between the two countries in all areas,
especially trade and investment. Dung and Demberel made the commitment at a
meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday during Demberel”s four-day working visit to
Vietnam.

The Prime Minister said the two countries should further support each other in
international and multilateral forums, and offered to be a bridge between
Mongolia and other countries in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)
for the goal of peace and development in the region and the world.

Demberel suggested increased bilateral cooperation in agro-fishery production,
oil, mineral mining, bilateral trade, education and training, defense and
security. He had earlier called on President Nguyen Minh Triet.
