Haier, the world’s
No.1 electronics brand has announced that the company is setting the base for a joint effort to establish
modern educational platform at school #24 in Ulaanbaatar with an IT
infrastructure that meets international standards.

Under the joint “New
Century Education Project”, it is possible to offer a computer terminal to all
530,000 students and 23,000 teachers in Mongolia within 1,000 days.

As the project begins in
Ulaanbaatar, Haier offers sample lab of its “E-Classroom” education solution
which networks a digital “E-board”, host PC and 30 or more student terminals
together to school #24. The system makes it easier for children to learn at the
same time making teachers and parents to monitor the students’ progress easier.
The Haier solution also covers the training of in-service teachers, ensuring the
“E-Classroom” is used to the best of its potential for the benefit of the
pupils.

administration.
