Feeparking was introduced in Ulaanbaatar on December 3. The three areas chosen are
the Khangarid palace, the State Drama Theater, and the Sports Palace. Parking fees
have been fixed at MNT200 per hour, with 60% of the collection to go to the
city roads fund.
