and 419 million, or five times more the amount in 2010, will be spent  by the Information, Communication and
Technology Office whose account has been transferred from the Ministry of
Finance to the Prime Minister. Most of the money will be used  to build local broadcasting stations, while a
part will go to reforming the infrastructure  and energy fields and on
privatization of state property through sale of shares.

MNT6 billion will be spent on state special security, MNT9.4 billion on
national security and MNT46 million on gender equality, all of which will come
from the PM’s budget.  2011.
