The National Center for Blood Analysis continues to be in need of blood. Following the lead of President Ts.Elbegdorj and an Olympic champion and a music star, 15 DP members of Parliament went to donate blood on Thursday but 13 of them had to be turned away. Only D.Gankhuyag and L.Gundalai met the condition that a donor must not drink alcohol for 3 days before giving blood and should not eat any oily breakfast on the morning of the donation day. 

Kekushuzan D.Batbayar was among those to be disappointed as he admitted to having eaten beef with fat in the morning. The others had consumed alcohol within the prohibited period.
