D.Bayaraa, brother of D.Enkhbat who was abducted from France in 2003, has said he was attacked by unknown people on the night of October 25 and forced to drink something poisonous. He claimed he was yet to recover from the attack.
Bayaraa said he wanted to submit certain documents the dead Enkhbat had left with him to the US and Germany Embassies on the day of the attack. These could be important in the ongoing trial of B.Khurts in Britain. Someone must have got to know about his plan and so attacked him to stop him from going. If his condition improves, he will attend the trial on November 15.
