At a meeting on Monday, Ulaanbaatar Mayor G.Monkhbayar and
Chinese Ambassador Yu Hongyao discussed ways in which China can help Mongolia,
particularly the capital city, in urban greening and environmental
rehabilitation.

Ulaanbaatar plans to set up a 670-hectare park and sought the help of Chinese
expertise in urban development and renewal in this and other areas. The
Ambassador promised to favorably consider the request and said the recent opening
of a representative office of Ulaanbaatar city in Beijing would help
strengthening relations and in taking quicker decisions.
