The Central Bank reports that money supply (broad money
or M2) at the end of July was 0.6 percent more than at the end of June and 41.2
percent more than in July, 2009. Outstanding loans at the end of July rose 3.1
percent over the end of June, and 15.2 percent over July, 2009. Principals in
arrears fell 1.9 per cent against June 2010, and 22.9 percent against July,
2009. Non-performing loans at the end of July rose 2.9 percent over June, and
17.4 percent over July, 2009.
