The Meteorology Institute has warnedpeople who live near rivers and herdsmen to be careful about floods due to rise
in the water level. The stretch of the Kherlen river in Tov aimag”s Mongonmorit
soum could overflow, as its average level might rise by 10-15 cm. The water
level of the Terelj, the Tuul, the Balj, the Selenge and the Onon rivers has
also been increasing.
