The teenager who fatally shot 15-year-old Ichinkhorloo
“Iko” Bayarsaikhan in 2007 has been sentenced to 50 years in prison.
The Mongolian girl was hanging out with her brother and their friends on
Halloween evening in Alameda”s Washington Park when she was shot in the back
during a robbery attempt.

 Quochuy “Tony” Tran, 19, showed no
emotion as Judge Carrie Panetta imposed the maximum sentence.
