The Democratic Party (DP) has invited the Civil Will Green Party (CVGP) and Mongolian National Democratic Party (MNDP) to join it. Last week, the CWGP concluded a memorandum with the DP confirming their intention of doing so. Under the “Law on Political Parties”, there is an obligation for parties to discuss mergers with their members at a full meeting.

On Saturday, the Administrative Council of the MNDP had a meeting, during which they made their final decision. Their response was that the “MNDP is ready to co-operate with the DP and other political parties, by prioritizing Mongolian development issues”.
