The 46th session of the Democratic Party (DP) National Consultative Committee, which was planned for the 20th January, has been postponed for an unspecified period. The acting secretary of the DP L.Erkhembayar explained the reason: “the issue of the dismissal of the Government is more important than the National Consultative Committee”.
Perhaps the real reason why it did not take place is the rumor that approximately 70 of the all 228 members turned up for the session. According to the DP, the next National Consultative Committee session will take place in March 2016; this will be during the spring recess of Parliament.
