Today, the President left Mongolia, for the 46th “World Economic Forum” (WEF), which is being held in Davos Switzerland from 20th to 23rd January.
Approximately, 250 meetings will be held, under the theme of the “Fourth Industrial Revolution”. This year, over 40 world leaders will be attending the WEF. The agenda is likely to be dominated by themes such as the refugee crisis, climate change and the impact of rising interst rates.
President Elbegdorj is planning to attend the discussions “Lack of World Water: Intensifying the World Water Projects” and “Mining, Metallurgy: Policy Prospects”.
During the forum, a “Mongolian Evening” event will be held on 22nd January, to introduce the Mongolian development goals and the economic and investment situation.
