The President has proposed that Parliament discusses the draft legislation “On Penalizing Elected and Appointed Senior State Officials”. This draft law, which was initiated by Mr Elbegdorj and was presented on 14^th January, is currently, in 3^rd place of the queue for parliamentary debate. The President wanted to provide an explanation to the draft law. The members, however, have rejected the President’s request.
