The Executive Authority for Anti-Corruption (EAAC) has concluded the investigations on crimal case number 201501000161 relating to the Minister of Health and Sport G.Shiilegdamba and the Secretary of the Health and Sport Ministry G.Ganchimeg. Another case (number 201509000716) relating to the Governor of the Darkhan-Uul Province, S.Nasanbat, has also been studied.

The EAAC has annonced them as the defendants and transferred their criminal cases to the City Prosecutor’s Authority. Bills of particulars are being submitted. G.Shiilegdamba and G.Ganchimeg are accused under “Criminal Law” Provision 268.2 and S.Nasanbat under Provisions 268.2 and 269.1.
