The Government has approved a protocol, related to the “Rental Apartment” program, under which 929 apartments, built at the request of “State Apartment Corporation” are to be transferred to the “Rental Apartment Foundation”. This includes 350 apartments in Ulaanbaatar and 579 in Arkhangai, Uvs, Darkhan-Uul, Khentii, and Khovd Provinces.  The monthly rental fee for UB will be MNT 200,000-280,000 depending on the number of rooms and MNT 140,000-230,000 in the regions.
