On 11^th January, Parliamentary Speaker Z.Enkhbold, issued an order appointing, Baigalmaa Gochoosuren as his adviser responsible for Mortgages and the Building Sector. The appointment took effect from from 11^th January 2016. Previously, G.Baigalmaa has been working Deputy Minister of Building and Urban Construction.
