The monthly MNT 20,000 child allowance for December 2015 has still not been paid. The reason why the alowance has not been made available is because the necessary finance has not been transferred to the “Human Development Fund”. For this reason the Ministry of Finance is working to ensure that the December payment is provided before 10^th January.

Under the “2016 State Budget Law”, which has been approved by Parliament, provision is made to provide a monthy child allowance, depending on the living standard of the children in question. In detail – every child in families belonging to standard of living evaluation levels 1-17 (in total there are 20) will receive the monthly allowance of MNT 20,000.
