The Minister of Health and Sport, G.Shiilegdamba, has been released on bail. There are reports, that he was released from custody on 31^st December.

The Anti-Corruption Implementation Agency arrested Minister Shiilegdamba on 4^th November 2015, following which he was detained in Prison 461^st prison, pending corruption investigation. Whilst in prison his health deteriorated and he was transferred to a hospital.

Bail is now possible as the required 60 day investigation has ended.

Following his arrest, G.Shiilegdamba requested to be dismissed from his ministerial office; Prime Minister Saikhanbileg, however, has still has not presented this to Parliament, even though two months have passed.
