Former Californian judge, Samuel L.Bafford has arrived in Mongolia, at the invitation of the Mongolian Lawyers’ Federation. Within the framework of the visit, a discussion on the “Legacy of the Insolvency” took place on 18^th December in which Mr. Samuel L.Bafford, Professor Julie M.Metzger and Mongolian judges of the primary and appellate courts all participated. The guests provided wide information about the legal steps related to insolvency, lack of paying capacity, and re-capitalization in the USA. Also they shared their experiences using illustrations of insolvency law projects in Equador and some Eastern European countries as well as answering questions by Mongolian judges.
