On 18th December, following the Prime Minister’s speech about the “Economical Transparency Law”, Parliament approved the first discussion on the draft ammendment of the “Personal Income Tax Law”. The approval of this legal amendment means that taxation from savings at commercial banks will no longer be considered legal. This action will be implemented before 2018.

Also, Parliament approved the final discussion on the additional ammendments to the “Law on Custom House Tariffs and Taxes”. 77.6% was approved. Under this law, equipment and technology related to renewable energy will be imported under preferential taxation. This draft law was initiated by Member of Parliament S.Oyun.
