Under the “Economic Transparency Law”, legal entities are required to report their tax information for previous years, namely for the period from 1st January 1995 to 31st March 2015. If they have have broken the taxation law, for example, by not having paid taxes of not having declared social insurance premiums, they will be freed from being fined and incurring financial losses under the “Economic Tranparency Law”. The Ministry of Finance, the Social Insurance Authority, the Customs and Taxation Authority and the State Registration Office are actively implementing the law. Therefore, only one month remains to declare non-disclosed disclose taxation anc social insurance; the final date is 31st December 2015.
