Islamic State (IS) has threatened to attack Moscow, Washington and New-York. Therefore, the Mongolian Embassies in Moscow and Washington are warning Mongolian citizens in those countires to take especial care. The warning messages advise to avoid crowded places such as sports stadia and concert halls. The embassies of other countries have issued similar warnings to their citizens.
