On 4^th November, the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee met. Evidently attendance was 52.6% attendance. During the meeting, President Ts.Elbegdorj spoke about the “Law on Permanent Neutrality”, which he himself has initiated. According to the Media Bureau of the Parliamentary Administration, the President speech was in closed session.
