The European Parliament (EP) has the tradition to publish commemorative envelopes with postage stamps depicting portraits of the international presidents, who have officially addressed the EP. One such example of this is a recent stamp bearing the portrait of Mongolian President Ts.Elbegdorj.
President Ts.Elbegdorj addressed the EP on 9th June 2015, during his visit to Europe (8th-10th June). These envelopes and stamps have a set market value. Like other envelope and stamps they can also be used to mail letters.
