The City Mayors of North East Asia are holding a “Green City Development Forum” for the first time.  Ulaanbaatar has been selected to host the event. The Mayors of the Shenzhen, Karamay, Hulunbuir, Hainan of China, Ulan Ude and Elstei of  Russia, the S.Korean capital – Seoul, and Niigata of Japan are participating in the forum. The attendees plan to prepare recommendations and deliver them to the UN Assembly which will take a place in Paris this December.  Also, the Deputy Mayor of Ulaanbaatar who is responsible for Ecological and Green Development Issues, Mr. T.Bat-Erdene has informed that: “During the forum, the “Green Development Strategic Plan for Ulaanbaatar” will be unveiled.
