The Mongolian National Security Council (NSC) met on 8^th September to discuss “A Neutral Mongolia”, an idea inspired by President Ts.Elbegdorj. As a result, the NSC decided to accept the President’s  concept and make according recommendation to the Governments. If all goes according to plan, a draft “Mongolian Neutrality” law will be submitted for approval by Parliament. President Elbegdorj’s initiative, if ratified will be proclaimed internationally.
