On 4th September, the Speaker of the Parliament Z.Enkhbold issued an order (No.181) to call a non-regular meeting of Parliament. The reason for the recall is because Prime Minister has presented a draft law for the appointment of the dismissed Ministers within the set “legal window”, namely before 6th September. According to the Speaker’s order, the non-regular meeting will take a place between 7th and 18th September, and will last two weeks. Today’s meeting commenced at 09.00am; on the agenda two main issues: Firstly, The Appointment of the Ministers and, secondly, the President’s veto on the “Amnesty Law”.
