During a meeting of the Democratic Party Group (DPG), on 20^th August, the Chairman of the Democratic Party proposed N.Batbayar for the post of Minister of the Finance, L.Erdenechimeg for Minister of Transportation and G.Bayarsaikhan for the Minister of Labor. However, the members of the DPG, did not accept this proposal. Furthermore, there is a rumor, that Prime Minister Ch.Saikahnbileg has said  that he would not like to work with them as a group. It is currently supposed that following the two meetings of the Parliament Speaker, the Prime Minister, and former President N.Enkhbayar a deal has been struck to let the DP to take Ministries of the Finance, Transportation, and Labor; the Justice Union will take the Ministries of the Environment and Tourism, Building and Urban Construction, and Deputy Prime Minister. But the candidates for the other posts are still unclear.
