The Asian Confederation Women’s Championship took a place on 6th-15th August in the Inner Mongolian city of Wulanchabu. Approximately, 100 boxers representing 17 countries participated in the competition; among them 8 boxers from Mongolia took part. The International Master of Sport M.Nandintsetseg took a bronze medal in the 51kg category and M.Gundegmaa also took a bronze medal in the 54kg category. Therefore, Mongolia now has 9 medals from the Asian Championship. China led the competition.
