Yesterday, the Mongolian Government approved the new list of “Legal Bodies to be Privatized”, in accordance with the 70th Protocol regarding the “Privatization of the State Property for the Period 2015-2016”. The “State Property Commission” and “Erdenes Mongol LLC” have been tasked with organizing the privatizing operations in co-operation with the following Governmental Organizations.

-2nd, 3rd, 4th Power Stations, Erdenet Power Station (70% to be by the Government)

-“Baganuur Stock Company”, and “Shivee Ovoo Stock Company” (51% to be retained by the Government)

-“Agriculture Stock Market” (to keep 34% to be retained by the Government)

-“Orgil Spring Treatment Center”, and “Khutul Cement and Gypsum Stock Company” (to be 100% privatized)

-“Film Art Institute”, and “Auto Impex Company” (to be 100% privatized)

The new list includes some partial stocks of the 10 State Properties and 5 State joint properties.
