The summer recess ended on 3^rd August when a non-regular meeting of the Mongolian Parliament was called. The Government planned to close the meeting on 14^th August. But, it is still unclear whether it will close today or not.

The articles on the original agenda for discussion were:

1. Dismiss and appoint some members of the Government.
2. The new draft of the “Criminal Law” and additional changes
3. The “Violation Law” project and additional changes
4. The “Economic Transparency Law” project
5. The new draft of the “Fire-Arms Law” additional changes
6. The “Amnesty Law” project 

Currently, two issues have still not been discussed, namely:

1. The new draft “Criminal Law” and additional changes
2. The “Violation Law” project and additional changes

Also, there is a speculation, that the President will veto the “Amnesty Law”. The appointment issue of the dismissed Ministers has not yet been solved. Therefore, some sources say that the non-regular meeting will not close today. The Government has not yet provided any information.
