At the request of the Bank of Mongolia, the “Tenkhleg Zuuch” Real Estate Company introduced their “Apartment Price Index” (API) research in July 2015. This month, the API fell 1.5% on June 2015 and 10.2% on July 2014. Since research commenced in January 2013, the highest API was 23.7% in March 2014. The fall in the API began in December 2014. July 2015 showed the lowest indication -10.2%. Currently, the highest average price of the new apartments in UB is in the centrally located Sukhbaatar District and the lowest average price is in Songino Khairhan District.
