The Mongolian Fencing Federation has provided information about the Asian Fencing Championship, which will take a place on 7th-12th September in Ulaanbaatar. During the press conference, the sponsor companies: "Mongol Content", "yMoment Start-Up", and "Bayangol Hotel" signed a cooperation memorandum. In total, 250 fencers from 35 countries will participate. The competition will be adjudicated by 19 judges from 16 countries.

In addition, at the same time as the fencers are competing, a meeting of the General Assembly of the Asian Fencing Federation's will be held in the Mongolian capital. This will be attended by the President of the Asian Fencing Federation, and other important guests.
